This spacious duplex features an open-plan kitchen and living area. The lounge has 2 leather sofas, a TV/DVD player, and connects to the kitchen, which includes a large 8-seat dining table, full-size fridge/freezer, oven, gas cooktop, and microwave.

The 3 bedrooms branch off the main area. Both front bedrooms have king beds (one can be split into 2 singles on request), while the third bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet is located off the kitchen.

Enjoy year-round comfort with reverse cycle air-conditioning and an outdoor table setting for those lovely warmer days and nights. There's also parking for 2 vehicles at the accommodation.

Changes & cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY

A  cancellation fee of $30 applies in every instance to all cancelled confirmed bookings.

Standard 14 day Policy (Year round except Xmas & Easter)

- Cancellations made greater than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less our standard $30 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you will forfeit all monies paid.

Easter 30 day Policy

- Cancellations made greater than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less our standard $30 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival you will forfeit all monies paid.

Xmas/Jan 60 day Policy

- Cancellations made greater than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less our standard $30 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival you will forfeit all monies paid.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for your own peace of mind. There are NO REFUNDS on early departures.

Pets

Dogs are welcome on our Large Powered Sites, Powered Sites only and at Manager's discretion. Please contact us directly on 1800 984 411 to discuss your pet and travel needs. Date restrictions apply including from 18th December to 31st January each year and all Easter dates.

Please note: there are strictly no pets allowed in any of our cabin accommodation or on our Ensuite Sites.

All bookings with pets require a $50.00 pet bond. This can be done by recording your credit/debit card on your booking. We record your credit card number on your reservation and only charge the card if required. We will ask for your card information on check-in if there is no card on your booking already.

If you have booked online and not already done so when booking, please email through the name and breed of your dog/s so we can record on your booking. Alternatively, you may supply this information on check-in. You will also be asked if you agree to these rules on arrival and will be marked as so on your booking.

Please find below rules for dog owners:

RULES OF OCCUPANCY WITH YOUR DOG

  1. The dog must be leashed at all times whilst in the holiday park - No exceptions.
  2. The dog must be supervised at all times and never left unattended. You can not leave your dog in the park while you go sight seeing for the day.
  3. For health and safety reasons dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park (eg: amenity blocks, laundry areas, camp kitchens and reception area).
  4. For health and safety reasons, dogs must not be washed or cleaned anywhere in the park.
  5. Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pets waste in appropriate doggy or plastic bags and placed in the rubbish bins located throughout the park.
  6. Dog owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries, property damage or losses in relation to actions caused by the dog.
  7. The dog owner must agree that the park manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests.

Deposits & payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all online bookings. Deposits are required when booking by telephone with the park. Please confirm deposit requirements with the park. Bookings are not confirmed until deposits have been received. All Ensuite/Powered site bookings made between 23rd Dec-31st Jan & Easter dates must complete a site agreement form which will be sent to them on completion of their online booking. This form is compulsory and must be completed and returned within 48 hours of booking or your reservation will be cancelled, and all monies paid will be refunded.

Fees

The quoted tariff is based on the number of adults/children advised at the time of booking. Should this number vary, the tariff may alter. Rates apply as per the following age groups: Adults - 18 years and over, Children - age from the age of 2-17 years old, Infants: newborn up to 2 years of age.

What you need to know

ALL PEAK SEASON BOOKINGS (EASTER & DEC/JAN HOLIDAYS):
All Ensuite/Powered site bookings for peak periods MUST complete a Site Agreement Form or no booking can occur. This includes booking periods 23rd December until 31st January and Easter weekend dates. If you book a site online, one of these forms will be sent to you and need to be returned within 48 hours or your booking will be cancelled and refunded if any monies paid. Please fill in the site agreement form and email back to the park at info@big4emubeach.com.au

NOTE: When filling in details regarding sizing of caravans, tents etc - please give us as much information as possible to make it easier to place you on the correct size site. Caravan sizes including drawbar are a fantastic help, same as if you have a rear entry van, slide outs or expandas. The more information you put on the form, the better.

Due to space limitation and safety, strictly one vehicle only per site. Limited boat and trailer storage is available at a charge of $5 per day. We strongly suggest travel insurance for your own peace of mind.
