Any bookings cancelled outside 30 days will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date will result in forfeit of your deposit.

A deposit of the first nights accommodation is required when making a reservation and the balance is payable 48 hours prior to arrival.

During peak periods, 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive an email requesting you increase your deposit to 50% and the balance will be payable 48 hours prior to arrival.

The tariff quoted includes the use of swimming pool, tennis courts, games room and jumping pillow. Cots are available for a small fee and high chairs are also available free of charge. All linen, bedding and towels are provided if you are booked into accommodation. Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am. **For late arrivals; arrangements are to be made with office staff.

BIG4 Blue Lake Holiday Park's accommodation and park buildings are smoke free.
